Terms and conditions for the Guest Gallery

Please read the following terms and conditions before you entering any images to this gallery

Entering an image that may be deemed to be defamatory, libelous, pornographic, obscene and/or immoral is expressly prohibited and will be removed immediately.

Eligibility
The Guest Gallery is open to amateur and professional photographers of all nationalities.  A maximum of 20 entries are permitted. Your photos should not exceed the maximum size of   500x500 p 72dpi 50 kb in JPEG format There is no entry fees associated.

Image editing
Image enhancement must be limited to general cleaning work, sharpening, colour, contrast, brightness, saturation, levels and curves adjustments. Cropping is also permitted. Cloning must be limited to general cleaning work – no elements of an image should be removed or added.

Copyright
The entrant must be the sole author and owner of copyright, intellectual property, and all other proprietary rights in all pictures entered. It is the legal responsibility of the entrant, and not the owners of this website to comply with these ownership and copyright requirements and own the rights to reproduce their images.

Reproduction
The owners of this website do not make any claim on the copyright of your images. The photographer will retain copyright.
 
Liability
Images are uploaded at the photographer’s risk and the owners of this website regret they cannot accept any liability for the unauthorized duplication or use of images submitted.
